Our work
An important part of our work is identifying, describing and evaluating the environmental effects and other sustainability aspects of agricultural production and consumption chains. We often use the life cycle analysis (LCA) method. This reveals the environmental burden of all the links in the production chain, not just the environmental performance of one organisation. The life cycle analysis is usually part of a broader advisory process.
